Sarah Carlisle | Market and Process Lead
Owner of Rascal Relish, Sarah plays the lead within Food Rev for our Farmer’s Market MarketSpace, creating access to our markets for the smallest companies. And is our in-house process expert, providing guidance and expertise for companies new to creating process oriented products. Sarah brings a wealth of experience in the local food system, education, and food processing.
Sarah Doyle | Intern Program Coordinator
Sarah has worked in traditional and non-traditional education settings for close to 3 decades. As a longtime adjunct professor with several universities and the Director of Education at Wright-Locke Farm Conservancy. As an Intern Coordinator, Sarah has matched high school, college & graduate students with internships in various roles pertaining to education, food & nutrition, and farming at local non-profits and mission based orgs.
“Izzy” Lillis | Cafe Front of House
While not studying, swimming or playing volleyball, Izzy is our front of house wonder every Saturday morning at our Saturday Cafe. After a year of early mornings full of grace and a smile, Izzy is a pro at makinng everyone feel welcome and keeping our Cafe running smoothly. We are so thrilled to have her on the team!
Sarah Oosten | Cafe Coodinator
Sarah got her start in the food business by co-owning a full service catering and beverage company. Her travels and overall love of food led her to achieve her first level Sommelier Certification and eventually launch a wine label. After several years at the helm of catering, she decided to branch off and launch LifeHaus, a line of infused olive oils which have been wildly popular at local farmers markets and retail spots. She also takes on various freelance Chef jobs with all of her experience leading her to have a hand in the Saturday Cafe at Food Rev!
Lisa Farrell | Owner, Jill of All Things
Owner of Food Rev Kitchen, Lisa comes to this space with decades of food and finance experience grounded in an environmental science and graduate finance education. She sees course correcting the food system as key a solution for the cross sectional issues across equity, health and the environment and leverages her background to create a space that encourages initiative and growth in an equitable way.
Jeremy Williams | Ops Lead
Owner of Cafe Do Good, Jeremy has 20 years of cooking experience. Having trained and worked in Italy and the US, Jeremy has a background in traditional Italian cuisine. He launched Cafe Do Good in 2020 to connect giving back to the community and baking donating a portion of all sales to the Somerville Homeless Coalition. While not baking we are thrilled to have Jeremy’s help in raising the op’s bar keeping an eye on all the things to ensure our space is running smoothly.

We are kicking off with two exciting opportunities:
Business Review Development - Summer Internship, 10 hours / week for 5 weeks
CoPacker and Distributor Research, Flexible Time Period, 10 hours / week for 5-7 weeks
